A morning learning to cook with fire in Bodega Garzón's Patio de Fuegos, following the techniques Francis Mallmann developed for the restaurant. The experience opens with a tour inside the winery and continues with a hands-on class using organic produce from the area.
At the end, the group sits down to eat the dishes it prepared, paired with wines from the Single Vineyard line. It is designed for adults and teenagers from age 12, in small groups of 4 to 8 people who want to take home more than a tasting.

About 4 hours. Runs Wednesday to Sunday at 11:00.

$13,500 per person; ages 12 to 18, $6,000. Not available for children under 12. These are the current-season prices published by the winery and may change.

Advance booking required, minimum 4 and maximum 8 participants. A credit card is requested as guarantee; cancellation is free up to 48 hours before and 40% is charged after that.
