Mercado Verde is a meeting and transformation place since 2010 where a store selling organic, vegan and gluten-free products coexists, a kitchen that prepares healthy lunches with selected products and a community interested in living and conscious eating.

Our line of ferments and dehydrated products is produced in our plant in an artisanal way. They are raw products dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve their nutrients and enzymes.

We also offer workshops, nutritionist service, organic fruit and vegetable fair from small rural producers, daily menu, green points system, shipping nationwide and more!
