Shelter is a contemporary restaurant in José Ignacio on Eugenio Sainz Martínez street, in the space that used to be Rex, near the lighthouse. According to the restaurant, the project has New York roots and cooks with seasonal Uruguayan produce: fish, seafood and local vegetables.
