Galería de las Misiones is on Las Garzas street, a few steps from the José Ignacio lighthouse. According to the gallery, it specialises in the historic Latin American avant-gardes, with a focus on constructivism and concrete art, and shows established masters alongside contemporary artists. It opens in the summer season, in the late afternoon and evening.

In January 2025 the gallery was the main venue of the FOCUS photography festival, with work by Chema Madoz and a tribute to Sara Facio.
