Santa Cruz Polo Club is a polo club on Estancia Santa Cruz, a large rural property about 15 minutes from José Ignacio, in the departamento of Maldonado. According to the club itself, it was founded in 2020 and has a specialised turf field, a teaching field and stables, with views over Laguna José Ignacio and the ocean.

The club states that it takes everyone from beginners having their first lessons to high-goal players, with professionals in charge. In January it runs the Copa Santa Cruz, a medium-handicap tournament held alongside the Uruguayan Open; its listing adds villas to stay in from November to April and the restaurant La Sierra, open in the busiest months.
