Bliss is the restaurant and bar of Posada Ayana, on Paseo del Marinero, and since December 2025 it also welcomes guests who are not staying at the posada. The kitchen, run by the duo MAKA, starts from Uruguayan produce and works it with Japanese and Nordic influences.

It runs in season, from November to March, for dinner. It shares the grounds with the James Turrell Skyspace, so a sunset visit and dinner combine well in a single outing.
