The Bodega Garzón restaurant sits inside the winery, overlooking the vineyards and the stone hills of Pueblo Garzón. Francis Mallmann is its ambassador and culinary director, and the resident chef is Nicolás Acosta. The concept is open-fire cooking built around a market menu that changes with the season and the produce of the area.
Two tasting menus are offered: the Menú Garzón at $3,900 per person and the Menú Fuegos at $5,000 per person, both including water and coffee, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options marked. Dishes come off the fire stations in the patio: empanadas, grilled meats, lamb and classic desserts, paired with the house Reserva and Single Vineyard wines.
Many visitors combine lunch with one of the winery tours. Tables seat up to 24 people per reservation; larger groups are arranged through the events team.
