Bodega Garzón celebrates the harvest with a party in its vineyards in March. At the March 13, 2026 edition, more than 400 guests cut marselan bunches among the estate's more than 250 hectares of vines, with a reception in the vineyard and live music. The hosts were the winery's owners, Alejandro and Bettina Bulgheroni.

The picking was followed by a multi-course lunch by Francis Mallmann, with smoked tomato salad and fire-cooked rice in three versions, paired with the house's reserve wines, and DJ music until sunset. Harvest in Uruguay falls in late summer and early autumn, February to April, the opposite of the northern-hemisphere calendar.
