Every March, Bodega Garzón opens its vineyards to celebrate the harvest with a party that has become a classic of Uruguay's wine and food calendar. At the March 13, 2026 edition, more than 400 guests from around the world cut marselan bunches among the estate's more than 250 hectares of vines, with a reception right in the vineyard and live music. The hosts are the winery's own owners, Alejandro and Bettina Bulgheroni.

After the work comes the reward: a multi-course lunch by Francis Mallmann, with smoked tomato salad and fire-cooked rice dishes in three versions, paired with the house's reserve wines. The day continues with DJ music until sunset over the hills. If you want to experience the harvest as a protagonist rather than a spectator, book early as soon as the winery announces each year's date.
