Founded in 2005, Haras Godiva is an equestrian estate of more than 30 hectares with professional sports facilities and a herd of some 40 purebred horses: Arabians, Criollos, Hanoverians and Lusitanos, among others. Its specialty is coastal rides of an hour and a half to two hours, in groups of up to ten riders, heading toward the village of José Ignacio, crossing white-sand beaches and returning through the dunes and the Laguna Garzón area.

In the summer season, rides leave at 10 in the morning and between 4 and 5 pm, when the light gilds the coast. Back at the stable you can stay with the horses, explore the grounds and have a drink at the Horse Bar. Beyond the rides, the haras also works English riding disciplines such as dressage and show jumping. Book ahead in January, when demand in the east is at its peak.
