Kite Club Uruguay is based next to the circular bridge over Laguna Garzón. According to its own presentation, it offers beginner lessons, coaching for riders who already kite, equipment rental and tailored outings, with instructors who speak Spanish and English.

The school gives October to March as the best wind season, which is spring and summer in the southern hemisphere.
