In the woods of La Juanita, La Comunal found a niche nobody else fills in the area: a modern cantina by day, a listening bar by night. The project by Flor Aprile and Daniela Barrero reached its third season renewed and expanded, without losing that spirit of a house among the pines where lingering at the table matters as much as what is on the plate.

The jewel is Piso 1, its listening bar: a corner of cocktails and armchairs for music lovers where you can listen to vinyl and buy it too, with a selection curated by Musicomio, one of Argentina's biggest record shops, which landed here. The season's calendar adds dates with DJs and live artists, with openings from early December. A plan unlike anything else on the coast.
