The Lab is chef Martín Klaric's project in La Juanita, and its own definition says it all: food, drinks and music, in that order or whichever feels right. Klaric, who also champions Latin American cooking on his YouTube channel, puts together a menu of sharing plates that pairs well with the shift from beach day to night.

The mood is that of a seasonal after-beach hangout: relaxed tables, cocktails and music that builds as it gets dark, in tune with the neighbourhood's bohemian spirit.
