Grupo Torres G is a family firm from Punta del Este, founded in 1979, that combines real estate, legal services and property management. For owners who do not live in the area year-round it takes care of the everyday: paying building fees, utilities and taxes, coordinating suppliers and general maintenance, from painting and roofs to gardens and damp problems. The same team includes accountants, lawyers and notaries to advise on legal, tax and investment matters.

It is an option designed above all for owners based abroad or in Montevideo who have a house in José Ignacio, La Barra or Punta del Este and need someone trustworthy to keep it in order during the empty months. With more than forty years in the local market, they know Maldonado's suppliers, timelines and paperwork, which saves plenty of headaches from a distance.
