Intro Concierge was Uruguay's first concierge company and has been in the business for 15 years, led by its co-founders Natalia Méndez and María D'Ovidio. Its natural territory is José Ignacio: they source and prepare villas with private chef and butler, manage reservations at the most sought-after restaurants, and coordinate everything from wine tastings to private aviation and helicopter rides — all before the client sets foot in the country.

It's a service designed for the premium visitor who wants the entire logistics of a stay handled through a single contact, but with a particular twist: the founders want that tourism to flow back into the community, connecting their clients with local projects and institutions. A press piece from July 2025 confirms the operation in full swing.
