Osaka, the Nikkei brand born in Lima that won over half of Latin America, returns to José Ignacio every summer with its seasonal outpost on the corner of Los Cisnes and Los Tordos. The 2025/26 season arrived confirmed, with chef Cindy Higa at the helm and a more relaxed format than its city restaurants: designed to follow the rhythm of the beach by day and dinners at sunset.

The offer is split between the Nikkei Bar, with the tiraditos, ceviches and nigiri that made the house famous, and the Kero Bar, its signature cocktail bar. There is also a series of Latin American guest chefs fusing their own cooking with Nikkei cuisine. Reservations are handled by WhatsApp or email and are highly advisable in January: it is one of the village's gastronomic magnets.
